HOW TO PRODUCE COCONUT OIL (lifestyle)

    Coconut oil is a secret of nature's power, a number one nature's healing booster.It is a fruit rich in vitamin E and D healing super food.It fights viruses,bacteria and yeast.It promotes colon health, burns fat quickly to fuel the body.It reduces the risk of heart disease and "type 2" Diabetes and facilitates the functioning of the thyroid gland.It is also an anti-aging, a metabolic and brain booster.It fights cancer and facilitates weight loss.

 The following are required before production. They are;an enamel bowl, a grater,at least two coconuts,a sieve,clean water,clean pot,wood and match.
 To produce coconut oil; do the following:
-Take two big coconuts, crack and rinse
-Grater,wash and quiz out the chaff.(You may fry the chaffs;it tastes nice when fried).
-Sieve the milk and store in a covered enamel bowl over night.
-In the morning, scoop the milk floating on the water, put in a pot and boil in a gentle fire until all the water dries and leaves back the oil.
-Allow to cool the put in a bottle and store in a cool dry place.
   You can use it to cook, fry.rubbing  and oiling sewing machines.It restores break off hair from the head and makes existing hair grow faster.This oil has many health benefits. My next post will explain more of these benefits.

  The only way to fail in any endeavor is to give up in the presence of an obstacle.So many people give up as the are ready to break through.Imagine mining into the mountain side, then walking away just inches into striking gold.Do not be that person.
  Worse is the person who does this over and over and again.If you have just kept digging instead of moving on to the "next great thing"every few months, you would have already had your gold ; and you would have had it so much sooner.
  And, yes,some times it may seem that your efforts are not accomplishing  anything, but always remember that even the mightiest oak will eventually be felled by the steady chops of even the smallest axe.Persistence always pays off.
  Success seems to be connected with action.Successful people keep moving on wards overcoming all obstacles.They make mistakes but they don't quit. Quitters never win and winners never quit.
